This is not a polished hotel pretending to be historic. It is a generous, lived-in waterfront home shaped by the people who have passed through it and the life that continues here.
Stay for a night, a week, or longer. Bring the people you love, the work that needs quiet, or absolutely nothing that requires accomplishing.

The Marjesira is a century-old waterfront home for people who want less schedule and more room to breathe. It is comfortable, creative, a little unconventional, and completely itself.

Room A and Room H are available year-round. The remaining four rooms are open during the summer season. Individual stays include shared bathrooms, kitchen, and gathering spaces.

Know what you are choosing before you come down the stairs. The Marjesira is a short-term rental, not a hotel or traditional inn.

Bring your people. Keep the pace slow.
Reserve the two guest floors for up to nine people. There is room to cook, talk, read, play music, and be together without turning the house into an event venue or party.

Before you arrive, get familiar with the amenities that we have avaviable so your stay is as enjoyable possible.

A short trail and 63 stairs lead down to the house. Jacqui may help with luggage by request, but the property may not suit guests who find stairs challenging.
